Perhaps it would be better to take a wildcard in futre

Once again, a press release issued by the Mallorca Open advertising the chance for ticket holders to watch Rafael Nadal practice. Ill-advised considering he has pulled out of Queen's for the third consecutive year.

Rafa is at the Le Mans 24 hour race and has hinted he will take up endurance car racing when he retires from tennis.

Rafa was in northern France for the start of the historic race, where he was afforded the honour of waving the “Tricolore” which commences the annual event.

After dropping out of the Queen's Club event this week on doctor's orders to rest after his 11th Roland Garros triumph, Rafa is starting his grass preparation much closer to home, training for a second straight year on the grounds of the WTA Mallorca Open.

Hmmmm call me cynical but I think that was his plan all along - to promote the Mallorca Open. He had no intention of playing Queen's which begs the question, why bother signing up - does he get a fee for doing that alone? Not happy.
Andy. Rafa. Milos. What's not to like?
