    It's not that I don't have sympathy for Mike Towell's family, but to sue the health board when he willingly went into the ring and invited someone to punch him in the head is a sad reflection of the way society is today.

    I'd ban it if I had my way. With the recent evidence that has emerged about the damage that heading a football does - what on earth must regular blows to the head do?
