Set in 35 acres, Cromlix House – where Andy’s older brother Jamie married his Colombian girlfriend Alejandra Gutierrez – has eight luxury suites, three dining rooms and meeting rooms.
The star’s adviser, Neil Grainger, said: “As soon as all the contracts that have been agreed are in place, including the company who will be managing the property, Mr Murray’s management company will be making a full announcement. “I hope it would be within the next month.”

Andy’s agreement to buy the sprawling Victorian mansion was conditional on the licence and final legal papers are expected to be signed within 30 days. The seven-day-a-week premise licence in the name of Cromlix House Hotel was applied for on December 18 and there is a deadline of no later than January 14 to object.
Judy, along with Andy’s accountant, are directors of Cromlix House Hotel Limited. All the shares are owned by Parched Investments Limited, a company set up to handle the star’s blossoming wealth.
