    I've changed my mind about our flag bearer. I thought they might choose that English golfer, who made the headlines earlier this year. I now think it might be Mo Farah.

    So the IOC has passed the buck - there's a surprise. Now it's up to the governing body of each individual sport to decide what to do about their Russian entrants. It will be interesting to see who does what - particularly as far as tennis is concerned.
