One of the best individual rides that I can ever remember seeing.

Always think it's a pretty lame way to end such a test of endurance. Best ending I remember was LeMond beating Fignon in a time trial on the Champs Elysees in 1989. (Riders or year may be wrong haven't checked Google)

This is really great news for Chris Froome, Team Sky and British cycling as well as Chris' family, friends and his supporters.

Cycling’s world governing body, the UCI, has announced that it has closed its case against Chris Froome.

The World Anti-Doping Agency (Wada) accepted that Team Sky rider Froome’s sample results from the 2017 Vuelta a España – which showed a high level of salbutamol – did not constitute an adverse analytical finding, the UCI said in its statement.

Best of luck to Chris in the Tour de France that starts on Saturday.

The Tour of Britain starts in Cranbrook tomorrow. I think it's about three miles away from where I live.
