Not sure I quite agree with that. A last 16 with Coric who just beat him in Halle, QF with Anderson who is always dangerous on grass and a semi with Cilic, arguably the biggest threat in the overall draw to Federer. He might even get a 3rd round match with Karlovic which is never straightforward.

Hear what you are saying but would he choose those or Djok, DelPo and Rafa?

What are the chances of Rafa making it past the 3rd round anyway? I'm surprised he even turns up.

I would unquestionably have wanted to avoid Cilic in the semis.

Just happy that Andy has decided he is going to play - which means he does feel he can cope with a 5 setter if necessary.
That just says to me that we have a few years with Andy to enjoy yet.
A few challengers to get the ranking up and he'll be more like his old self in no time.

Will he ever be the player he was? well I could forgive him if not but looking at both Fed, Rafa, Djoko and Delpo recovery these days in more certain that it used to be

Draw could have been worse for Andy. I am having no expectations and just hope he can start getting a few wins to build confidence and fitness. Excellent if he plays Tues- lots of us there that day though I hold no expectations of seeing him on Ct 2. Those of you with Centre or no.1 are going to get lucky

Weird! Just looked at Wimbledon draw on their website and Andy not listed! Bit of a panic, then I realised I couldn’t see Nadal on there either!

Are you sure you clicked on the bottom half?, draw is in two sections.

Andy has not confirmed he will play. Let's hope he does but it is NOT yet confirmed.

If he withdraws he will be replaced by a lucky loser.

Got centre court 111f on Saturday, would love to see Andy v DelPo, wish I was more optimistic of seeing it
