Re: What are you watching on TV?

We have been watching mosaic on sky atlantic. It was slow in the first episode but then watched the next 4 pretty close together. Really into it. Intriguing and well done. Can’t wait to see where it goes. On episode 5 now.

Just started a new show gone last night. Survey says? Urr urrrrr. We didn’t like it at all. Everyone a bit to flippant giving they are looking for missing children. Also two randoms allowed to tag along with the FBI. I didn’t have high hopes as it seemed a bit stupid but I’m always happy to try something. Won’t be watching that tripe again!

Sorry to anyone who enjoyed it, everyone is different lol

Enjoying the new Belgian drama Rough Justice on More4. Each episode is stand alone but the main characters' lives develop as it goes along.

Now that my dear darling husband has managed to delete ALL of the recordings on our humax box I am now looking for new things to watch that are either box sets, just started and still on catch up or starting soon. So thanks for some of these guys.

Sorry I just saw this. I watched The Disappearance and it took me while to get into it. Thought the first few episodes were poor then it picked up. But I was really ticked off with some of the plot points and also what the mother did to get more information. A much better Canadian crime/detective series is Cardinal set in a fictional northern Ontario town called Alqonquin Bay and also Toronto. Based on the books by Giles Blunt. Starring Billy Campbell. REALLY GOOD!!!

We have had a series of Cardinal here on BBC4 - have it recorded so have not see it yet. Thanks for the heads up.

Yes, I thought this series was very good and I liked the way loose ends were tied up in the final episode.

I enjoyed Shetland too; good plots, excellent acting and lovely scenery. Some of the police dramas I struggle with the convoluted plots!
