1 - Number of chocolates bars eaten by Baker’s uncle, Carl, who started to cramp during his nephew’s first-round victory over Xavier Malisse. Someone found the bar on the floor (“another fan had left it on the ground beneath the bleachers,” reported the Wall Street Journal, “and Carl devoured it”).

Was great to see him win yesterday, not only that but in straight sets over a very good player in Malisse! Stunning stuff from the American of late. Who knows, could well ruffle some more feathers this week!

I thought Malisse was still in - doesn't he play Fed tomorrow?

Herald Sun (http://www.heraldsun.com.au/sport/tennis/brian-baker-the-feel-good-story-of-wimbledon/story-e6frfgao-1226413469495)- Brian Baker the feel-good story of Wimbledon

Baker had not stepped onto a grass court for seven years until losing in the first-round qualifiers at Queen's. In hindsight, he believes that loss has given him the opportunity to do well at Wimbledon.

"I needed the match practice on the courts. My only grass court match was at Queen's quallies and I lost. Didn't feel I was comfortable on the stuff," he said.

"So I went to Wimbledon, did a lot of practice on the courts and had to go through the quallies. The more I play on the grass, the better I feel.
