@NeilHarmanTimes @ATPWorldTour I gather the point penalty was regarded too tough by umpires. Loss of serve makes more sense. Let's hope.

@darren_cahill agreed. I still think if a 20+ shot rally happens they should be given a STRICTLY enforced 5-10 secs xtra seconds to recover

@markpetchey the clock starts after the score is called. A good rally normally takes extra 5-10 secs for crowd to calm b4 score announced
