Bubble Gap 2012 - Paris: Deadline Mon 29th Oct - 10am UK time

It's been one heck of a year and our last stop is here in Paris. After 12 races 1 remains and by the end one driver will be crowned 2012 Bubble Gap Champion and awarded this very prestigious trophy:

Rules and leaderboard are posted here (http://www.andymurrayfanforum.com/forums/showthread.php?538-Bubble-Gap-Championship-2012) (last page has an updated leaderboard). The aim of this competition is to guess the bubble gap after Paris. The current race rankings are as follows:

The current bubble gap is 4700. That's Andy's score (7510) – Tipsarevic's score (2810) = 4700.

The highest possible bubble gap is 5695. That's Andy winning Paris, Tipsy losing his 1st match and no-one overtaking him.
The smallest (mathematical) bubble gap is 3710. This involves Andy losing his 1st match, Tipsarevic winning Paris and Tsonga the finalist.

So in summary, your guess is between 3710 and 5695. The better you think Andy will do the higher your guess.
Remember that you can't guess the same number as someone else and once you've posted your guess you can't change it.

F: 600
W: 1000

15 drivers arrive in Paris for the final race of the year. 6 of the 8 championship contenders are present as well all eyeing that very nice looking trophy on display. Before tensions start rising between them let's get straight onto qualifying shall we?

One very competitive qualifying session later championship contender DaveArneRiise impresses taking pole position, followed by hfwardhouse, another contender.
jaysee and VamosVixs are on the 2nd row, with the latter hoping to increase her top 10 finishes to an impressive 11 in this race.
Contender Sallydaisy and Golden Lady fill out the 3rd row.
Manaus and Genbrit are on the 4th row, with the former aiming to finish the season with a top 10 finish streak of 7.
Championship leader Linda and pabbers finish off the top 10.

Best of luck everyone! :swingin: Get the feeling this is going to be an action packed one.

(Bit late on the update, apologies)

The race is getting rather intense, especially at the top as the championship contenders know that every point counts. DaveArneRiise is driving especially well, continuing to lead the pack but keeping the pressure on him is one VamosVixs, who has managed to overtake jaysee and hfwardhouse and staying right on his tail.

DaveArneRiise knows exactly what's at stake here but can he keep VamosVixs at bay and have a perfect end to the season or will the latter spoil his party?

As the race reaches the final few laps DaveArneRiise and VamosVixs push themselves harder and harder. VamosVixs gradually closes the gap on DaveArneRiise until they appear to be neck and neck on the final lap. It looks extremely close and as they cross the finish line no-one can tell who finished first.
Looks like we'll need an action replay - the video is viewed and VamosVixs was just about to pass DaveArneRiise but the latter just manages to cross the line first winning by mere millimeters.
DaveArneRiise breathes a sigh of relief - those 25 points are going to be very important.
