We had a thread for Paralympic tennis but the Wheelchair players are present at every Grand Slam and play events on a regular basis so we need a thread to celebrate their endeavours. Particularly since a lot of the good ones are British!
e.g. Peter Norfolk (the Quadfather!), Andy Lapthorne, Jamie Burdekin, David Phillipson and British number one Gordon Reid. Not forgetting ladies Lucy Shuker and Jordanne Whiley.
There's a section on the LTA website here:
http://www.lta.org.uk/Tennis-Foundation/Tennis-for-Disabled-People/
There are various headings including where to watch, rankings and impairment groups.

And more Deaf Tennis information can be found here:

Our interest in deaf tennis was sparked by forum member Shaun who used to play at the British Nationals. He's now finished school and is working.
(will add more links as I find them).
