I fell asleep after the first set so missed the comeback but I thought they'd be able to come through.

It's Jamie's 8th ATP doubles title and his first on clay.
It's John's 1st ATP doubles title - last year he won a lot of challenger titles.

Wimbledon a tad ambitious at this stage ... unless they are given a Wildcard.
The clay season is ahead and there's only 8 weeks of that including 3 Masters and a Slam event which the lads rankings won't allow entry so earning points to get high enough for a direct entry to Wimble will be tricky.

Though they were broken twice and unable to convert three break points in the opening set, the British/Australian team saved all four break points in the second set to force a tie-break, in which they won seven straight points.
In the decisive third set tie-break, Murray/Peers saved a match point, before converting their second to claim the title.
