Shame Jamie and John couldn't have nudged one of those sets to force a 3rd CTB because they actually won more points!!! 73 to JJ against 69 to Emmrich/Kas. It's all about winning the points at the right time though isn't it??? Just shows how close the match was and how well Jamie and John are doing as a pair.

I guess he and John will hope to get into the US Open starting 26th August and maybe a couple of tournaments in the US ahead of that to hone their hard court game. Their combined ranking isn't high enough for them to get into either the Canada or Cincy Masters but they might get into Winston-Salem w/c 19th August.
