What an afternoon/evening of sport/TV. :):) World athletics, then Andy's final at 5.30, (with a few peeps at the athletics, including men's 100m fial at 6.50 pm), Montreal final at 8.00 pm and Dan Evans playing in his final at 9.00 pm. And at the same time in the evening there is some good TV too.

Perhaps the opposition was not quite as strong. These two combined very well and deserved to win but no disgrace for Andy and Colin - hope the the benefits outweigh any negatives for Andy come Cincy next week.

First time I got to see them and I do think they've been lucky to get so far if this has been the quality of their play. Granted they're not used to playing together but they didn't really seem to have a good doubles strategy or a plan B IMHO. The best team won. Hope this doesn't adversely affect Andy's chances in Cinci cos he's defending a lot of points :-(
