Really not doing well on competitions - I mistype bubble gap and go for a score above the maximum, pickem entry does not get through and now I find I forgot to join the group for this and so I have a sole entry not in any group as it does not allow me to join the group at this stage!!! Might as well not rushed to do the entries on returning from a few days off

I'm on 233 for men and 242 for the women after day 3.

In the mens I still have 3 of my real cheapies left out of 5 (2 qualifiers Peter Gojowczyk, Somdev Devvarman and Guillaume Rufin. Then have Andy, Nole, Rafa, Raonic and Tomic (though obviously would not be sad to see Tomic in particular lose in round 2)

In the womens event I did mine without looking at a draw sheet so maybe I wouldn't have picked Li Na and Laura if I had done a bit more research!

and at the end of week 1 I have 521 on the men and 502 for the women so would be 4th overall, 8th in the mens (with Djoko, Andy, Rafa and Raonic still scoring for me) and 3rd in the womens (with Serena, Azarenka and Li Na still live) if I had managed to enter the group!!

My men are on 705 and my women 590 (and with 3 semi-finalists) after the end of Thursdays matches. Cazza looks to have risen a place in the overall to 7th and could still rise a place or two though some below could also pass. I think the leader in that competition will win it though as they have chosen the 4 male semi-finalists and two of the women!!
