After that impromptu hiatus (the stewards were celebrating a bit too much after Wimbledon:wino:), the BG race is back on starting with Cincinnati. Not much time before the US Open so dust off those cobwebs from your cars and let's get to it.
If you need to remind yourself of the rules or you're new to this competition, then please read the rules posted here (http://www.andymurrayfanforum.com/forums/showthread.php?2241-Bubble-Gap-Championship-2016). The aim of this competition is to guess the bubble gap after Cincinnati. The current race rankings are as follows:
http://u.cubeupload.com/Manaus/274RacePreCin.png
The current bubble gap is 4785. That's Andy's score(7225) – Berdych's score(2440) = 4785.
The highest possible bubble gap is 5775. This is where Andy wins Cincinnati and Berdych goes out in his 1st match with no-one overtaking him.
The smallest bubble gap is 4145. This involves Andy going out in the 1st round with Berdych winning Canada and Monfils being the finalist.
So in summary, your guess is between 4145 and 5775. If you don't want to do any maths then just guess a random number and see how things turn out!
Remember that you can't guess the same number as someone else and once you've posted your guess you can't change it.
Ranking points on offer at Cincinnati are:
R1: 10
R2: 45
R3: 90
QF: 180
SF: 360
F: 600
W: 1000
Good luck to all who take part and may the best driver win!:trophy:
Deadline: Monday 15th August, 4.00pm UK time*
*Play starts on Sunday but I've extended the deadline as I posted this a bit late.
