Well done, glad you didn't miss them with another ticketfactory messup! Why do the LTA still use them?

Fiasco! A friend tried to purchase at 10am with access code and was repeatedly told "you are not within the admission limits per order..." When she did get a chance to purchase at about 10.20am cat 1 and cat 2 seats had sold out!

How annoying. I'm very sorry for your friend, and I hope she manages to get some tickets.
I take people's point about Ticketfactory, but imo when fans are left without tickets, and many inevitably will be, the buck stops with the LTA not some technical glitch with Ticketfactory - it's the LTA's obsession with the small venue in Glasgow that has ultimately left many fans without tickets for a huge tie *yet again*(I know of 4, and counting). And before anyone uses the tedious "atmosphere" argument, I'm pretty sure ~25k passionate DC supporters from all over the country could have raised the roof in Cardiff.
I feel so incredibly lucky and privileged to have got tickets, so my heart absolutely goes out to people missing out again - come on LTA get it together and get some big venues for the fans.
I received an email, yesterday, with three options: 1 was Ticket Information, 2 was Access Code and 3 was Purchase. I clicked on number three and was asked to type in my access code. I did and was then taken to the part to buy the tickets. After asking one for each day, I clicked on continue and then received a message saying "You are not within the admission limits per order for the following item(s) and it gave my code underneath. I then went back to the email and decided to click on number two. It was then I was able to order all my tickets, even though it tried not to recognise my password. I had about 30 minutes to do all of it.

Ditto, multiple upon multiple times:-)
A number of issues with the LTA site again. Hope everyone got tickets. I know a few who are going for single days tomorrow so luck to them X

Congrats. It seems to have been a bit of mess this time again X

I feel for all the fans who had problems. I've been there. It's more stressful - by far - than the matches. Hope everyone who wants to be there can get what they want. :grouphug:

what annoyed me about Ticket Factory was the awful 'hold' music, the T&C message that was played at double speed, and that they said the event was staged by BNP paribas, pronouncing the 'S' on the end ! And the 25 min wait. And i only want to book a parking space !!
I've got a spare pair of 3 Day - Cat1 tickets (North Stand - Row RR), if anyone missed out today.
Just looking to cover my cost.
MOD NOTICE:
If you are interested please contact Skyhigh by PM ONLY.
There is also a 2 ticket limit. No use to me as I go as a 3.

If you didn't get tickets and want 3 the limit for the single days is 4 for sat and sun. It doesn't help with Friday though. Those are on sale tomorrow

I thought I was doing something wrong when I got the same message. I couldn't work out what the hell to do. I was totally flapping. Eventually I managed to get the 3 day ticket but in Cat 1. I was doing all of the above during a Third Year class. I thought I could sneakily try to buy the tickets, but I was so agitated and stressed that I just told them straight out what I was doing.

The single tickets can't be bought. The site bizarrely says that you are not allowed to leave a single seat next to your chosen seat, even though the next door seat isn't available.

That is very strange. I just looked to see what happened if I tried for 1 Saturday ticket cat 3 and could have bought no problem - nothing about not allowed single seats. I am sure not everyone has a companion so why would they want more than 1 ticket?
Maybe I didn't go far enough into the purchase process?
Herald (http://www.heraldscotland.com/news/14703963.Andy_Murray_gold_sparks_stampede_for_Davi s_Cup_tickets/)- Andy Murray gold sparks stampede for Davis Cup tickets
An LTA spokesman said: "As expected we had high demand.
"Forty per cent of our allocation went on sale this morning at 10am and was sold out within a half an hour.
"The remainder goes on sale tomorrow at 10am and families have the opportunity for the first time ever to purchase up to four tickets per day on either Saturday or Sunday, where kids prices start from £10."
A further ticket sale is due today with single match allocation being released.

I've had another go and managed to proceed to a Cat 3 ticket, but I still get the message when I try for a Cat 1 ticket.!!!!

Pleased to see the LTA offered a child price ticket. They haven't always done so.
Even though I paid the £3.50 for p&p, still no sign of my tickets. It looks like I'll be phoning them next Monday.
Phoned them three times before being able to talk to a woman. She told me, they'll reprint my tickets if I haven't received them by tomorrow.
Sounds like a pain. Last year we got our tickets in plenty of time from the LTA but when we got there they wouldn't scan. We had to go and join another queue and get them reprinted there and then. Good luck X

Thanks someone asked me about more tickets before. I'll let them know
Not surprisingly, the tickets didn't turn up yesterday. So, I'll be going to the box office this weekend.

Sorry to hear that Stell. I'm sure it'll be fine when you get to the box offfice. Had the same thing happen to me a few years back when DC was at Wimbledon. Having to go the ticket office allowed us to skip the big queue to get in (every cloud has a silver lining). The original tickets turned up in the post 6 weeks later

Opting for etickets avoided any issues of being late/lost in the post, I know some prople don't like them but i've had no issues with etickets at our dc matches
If anyone is still without ticket or looking for extras there are still some available from the LTA
My tickets did turn up, while I was in Glasgow.
