Davis Cup - future ties and group bookings

Hello everyone

This message is for all forum members and especially those who go to Davis Cup ties.

Going forward we won't be discussing block bookings in the open forum. There won't be a thread set up for 'possible' interest or discussion thereof in any shape/form - such posts will be deleted.

Instead we will have a single closed thread which will advise forum members where to look for information - either PM or emails - so you'll need to check regularly here in Coaches Corner for news.

Our group bookings arose out of the FORUM and clearly we'll give priority to those who are members and/or who have been regular DC goers (I have a spreadsheet) in the last few years.

Anyone joining the forum AFTER MIDNIGHT of the last day of the current tie is unlikely to be offered tickets for the next tie unless we are undersubscribed for it.

Please don't sent me 'spamming' PM's about this.

Once we know the outcome of todays rubbers we'll post further.

One other thing ...
I work, quite often from 7am until 7pm most days, so anyone expecting immediate replies to any emails or PMs they send me might be disappointed. I shall deal with AMFF/DC stuff later this evening and probably later most evening! So please be patient ...

Hi all, I have another email to send those who responded about BTTM and DC events.
I'll try to do it in the morning before leaving Newcastle ... but after about 7am tomorrow
morning I'll be travelling and then without internet until Saturday night 30th September.
You may have to wait until then - but there's time for all to be done so do not fret!

To anyone who has sent an email or PM in the last few days with queries regarding this matter - you are not being ignored so please don't panic or send repeated PMs/emails. Pabbers/other mods have replied to some of you and I'll try to deal with any outstanding within the next 36hrs when I've got my brain back in gear!

The Caledonian Sleeper (due Rannoch Stn just after 9pm) got stuck on Friday night for 3hrs (leaves on the line between Tulloch and Corrour) and was eventually returned to Fort William. Thankfully I didn't need to sleep on Rannoch Moor Station 'cos the hotel still had my room vacant and I fitted in a couple of glasses of wine whilst waiting for news!!! (non-existent until nearly midnight!).
It took a while yesterday to travel back to home and today I'm just tired.

email me or PM your membership number by midnight tonight.

To anyone who has not yet signed up you must do so TODAY to guarantee your Davis Cup ticket with AMFF
i.e. if you haven't got a membership number to give me (or NOT received an email or PM from Pabbers or myself with our unique code) please contact THE MODS by 5pm so we can help you.
