Domi deserving of his own thread given he's going to be around for a while unless he burns out from his crazy scheduling. It's been announced he's playing Barcelona next year so that means he's playing a tournament every week for the first 16 weeks of the year with just two weeks off taking him to May 1st. Not forgetting he'll also probably play doubles at most of them.

Starting on Jan 1st he plays Brisbane then Sydney, Australian Open, week off, Sofia, Rotterdam, Rio, Acapulco, Indian Wells, Miami, Davis Cup, week off, Monte Carlo & Barcelona which starts April 24th.

Thanks Bardot. Possibly that schedule because of the number of points he has to defend at the start of the year.

Thanks Bardot. Possibly that schedule because of the number of points he has to defend at the start of the year.

He plays so many tournaments that some don't count towards his points total. Last year he had 9 uncountable tournaments. In comparison, Andy had none.

Get in Domi! He's just won an epic TB to level his match with Fed. I so want Domi to win this. Final set here we come!

I am, unsurprisingly rooting for Thiem. Come on, wipe the smug look off Feddykins mug.

Thiem has been my tip for the top among the young ones for a while and I have never had absolutely any fondness for Fed; I was only following the match on FS periodically but did keep going into it for an update which is a bit of an improvement on my recent tennis interest and I am pleased at the outcome. I do miss Andy.

I do like watching Thiem (though can appreciate Roger's game if not him personally) and another good win- Fed certainly made the early running but Dom turned it around, a tight 2nd set breaker though!

Thiem has just produced a stunning match of tennis to beat Djokovic at the ATP Tour Finals in the RR and book his place in the Semi-Final. He's beaten Federer and Djokovic back to back; the 2 'oldies' will face each other on Thursday for a possible SF place.

A bit frustrating for Thiem but always the possibility his recovery would take longer than originally anticipated.

What a shame but best to sort it out and start afresh in the New Year.
