What a difference a year makes! This time last year we were discussing the possibility of a trip to Vienna in 2017 (now) to watch Andy!! Sigh!

:crying: I was really looking forward to that possibility too. Next year, hopefully.

Jamie Delgado in the studio on Sky Sports today. Going out so I won't be able to hear what he has to say about Andy.

Sky Sports 408 covering Kyle in Vienna. Basel is on the Sky red button.

I don't think he said anything about Andy or, if he did, I missed it!

I don't think he said anything about Andy or, if he did, I missed it! After the J-W Tsonga he ( Jamie D) spoke how Andy was doing with his rehab and work on the court, and how fired up Andy was to get back. That his first tournament will be Brisbane. He seemed happy with the way things were progressing.

Disappointed that Jo didn't win - was cheering him on as it'd be great to see him in London as well as in the DC final.

Perhaps Jo was looking after himself tho as the DC final is not too far away now..

Certainly good contest but momentum switched as Federer takes title 6-3 in the 3rd , despite dropping serve at start of decider. Delpo couldn't do as much as match progressed and Roger found a way, home crowd obviously an advantage even if didn't find his best consistently. Speculation that Fed may skip Paris, Delpo needs to reach semis there to have a chance. Pity Tsonga couldn't make much of an impression in Vienna but will now be concentrating on Davis Cup.

Not a classic final, neither player found their best form at the same time, or consistently. JMDP seemed to tire in the 3rd which meant Federer's more consistent game got the win.

Gutted DelPo couldn't get the win as it would have put him into the 8th qualifying spot for London and I am desperate for him to get there! he has had such a good year
