Good to see so many nextgen players in the draw at Rotterdam. Hope they play well and maybe cause a big upset. ;)

Unfortunately Kyle has withdrawn from Buenos Aires
Rotterdam Well one zverev in one out. While I am happy for sascha I wish he wouldn't have drawn ferru, I was so looking forward to seeing more of him this year and he's already out of this one :( it was a great match but still would have loved ferru to go deeper int he tournie. Berdy took out mischa :) I like mischa but I'm hoping this is a great year for Berdy. He's put in the work.
Lopez won his match but he's fallen out of favour with me after he was mooching about and not TAKING ANY SEAT or staying still in the first place when the ball was in play during the DC I can forgive a lot of things but that just gets on my nerves lol
Just realised Rotterdam is being covered by Sky.
Shoot sorry I should have said
Been watching Rotterdam on Tennis TV. Kohl has just had a good win in 3 over Khachanov. Very close.
I've not subscribed to Tennis TV this month and haven't had sky for ages now. Will just have to be content in looking at the scores. Will be getting TennisTV back in March for IW and Miami.
Pouille loses and Gasquet retires in Rotterdam today. Wins for Berdy, Goffin and Dimi, though Sugita severely tested Dimi.
In BA, Carballes Baena (would have been Kyle's opponent if K hadn't had to withdraw) lost his first round match yesterday. Still on cloud 9 after Quito win?
Anyone see the Sascha/Seppi match. What happened to Sascha losing to Seppi 4-6 3-6?
I was going to ask the same thing, family stuff arose and I missed it and forgot to recod it. Not much detail on the website either http://www.atpworldtour.com/en/news/federer-zverev-rotterdam-2018-wednesday
Seppi just played very well. Aggressive and accurate and non flappable! Sasha got a bit flustered and cross and then made mistakes. Seppi had many more winners than Sasha.
Really intriguing match in Rotterdam now between Kohl and Fed. Fed pinched the first set 8-6 in the TB.
Fed won, but he really had to earn it. The only break in the whole match came in the penultimate game in which Kohl served 2 DFs.

He was made to work hard. Wish Kohlschreiber could have nicked the first set.
Haase taken the first set vs Fed!

But loses his serve in the 2nd
Heading to the inevitable conclusion now. Fed up a double break in the third set.

Roger wins, new #1
Great match developing now between Little Boy Blue (Goffin) and the Pink Panther (Dimitrov). Whilst Little Boy Blue has just been broken, there is a still long way to go. Some great rallies.
Oh no!! Ball has hit Little Boy Blue in the eye area and he is quite stunned. His eye is swollen and he has left the court. Oh I do hope he is ok. And this was such a good match.

Can't see Goffin coming back to play but hope I'm proved wrong
Match over. Goffin cannot continue to play. How unfortunate.

That looked really bad - hope he will be ok!

pity for Goffin, really hope he will be ok! Wasn't watching as focusing on Winter Olympics right now.
As expected Fed thru to R'dam final, though Seppi really made him work hard in set 2. It was very enjoyable to watch, but Fed somehow seems to breeze thru TB's. So Fed and Dimi final....(the Pink Panther vs the Bengal Tiger?)
Well done Dominic Thiem. :bravo: :trophy:
Dominic won the Argentina Open for the second time and did not drop a set in the process. The Austrian won his ninth career title and seventh on clay, and improved to 87-30 lifetime on his favourite surface by defeating Aljaz Bedene, 6-2, 6-4.
