Sad that Andy has pulled out but totally understandable, so a race for Kyle it is then. Sorry for being late with this, I actually had this set up for Andy and ready to go until I heard that he pulled out.
If you need to remind yourself of the rules or you're new to this competition, then please read the rules posted here (http://www.andymurrayfanforum.com/forums/showthread.php?3218-Bubble-Gap-Championship-2018). The aim of this competition is to guess the bubble gap after Toronto. The current race rankings are as follows:
http://u.cubeupload.com/Manaus/RacePreToronto18.png
The current bubble gap is 1290. That's Anderson's score(2820) – Kyle's score(1530) = 1290.
3 tournaments are running this week. Washington (500 event), Los Cabos (250 event) and Kitzbuhel (250 event). Red players are in Washington and green in Los Cabos.
The highest possible bubble gap is 1815. This involves Kyle losing his 1st match, Anderson winning Toronto with Thiem losing in the SF and ending up in 8th place.
The smallest bubble gap is 300. This is where Kyle wins Toronto with Anderson losing his 1st match and no-one overtaking him.
So in summary, your guess is between 300 and 1815. If you don't want to do any maths then just guess a random number and see how things turn out!
Remember that you can't guess the same number as someone else and once you've posted your guess you can't change it.
Ranking points on offer at Toronto are:
R1: 10
R2: 45
R3: 90
QF: 180
SF: 360
F: 600
W: 1000
Good luck to all who take part and may the best driver win!:trophy:
Deadline: Monday 6th August, 4pm UK time
