All sites citing knee injury. as did Sky last night. Anyway a pity but obviously not worth taking the risk. https://www.bbc.co.uk/sport/tennis/46025313 http://www.espn.co.uk/tennis/story/_/id/25124246/kyle-edmund-withdraws-paris-masters-ends-season-knee-injury Kyle did once pull out of the 2nd Round French Open with a stomach injury but that was in 2015!

This tourney deflated for me like a massive balloon. First, Denis, then Milos and now Rafa. Pfft.

Crikey and Kachanov wins it!!! Djokovic must be spitting fur and feathers. Yesterday probably took a lot out of him and it was worthy of a final.

It was a good watch. Djoko was obviously tired but didn't play badly and had some flashes of genius but Kachanov was brilliant and thoroughly deserved the win. I think we will see a lot of him in the future - he has a great serve, is very quick around the court for a big guy and has a great attitude. Well done him!!

Didn't see the final but they did mention yesterday that Nole was fighting a cold/flu so probably extra tired. No excuses though - he played and was beaten. Well done Khachanov

There have been some great, competitive matches this week in Paris. I like to see the youngsters doing well.

Djokovic may have been below par but was great performance from Khachanov. good to see him take it! Nole's semi with fed certainly was a tussle of high quality.
