Bubble Gap 2011 Championship

Since we're at the final bubble gap race of the year I've updated the championship leaderboard so we can see who's in the running to be crowned champion. Rondun updated the leaderboard up to post Cincy and the following are the scores added up to post Shanghai:

I don't have the top 3 finishers for Canada as that was in the previous forum which is gone now so only rondun has a record of that.

Mathematically speaking anyone in the top 9 are in the running for champion however seeing as janeInScotland, Claire Bear, rondun and A.S.E aren't present for the Paris bubble gap they're out of the running. It basically boils down to a battle between the top 5 minus Jane. Yorkie is in the running as well but would have to get the exact bubble gap to have any chance (you never know!).

I realise that you're supposed to disregard your worst 2 scores and I don't have the top 10 scorers for every race, but I think everyone has at least 2 0 pointers anyway.

With that, best of luck to Genbrit, Sallydaisy, cazza, Lizzim and Yorkie!

Edit: My apologies, just realised that as Yorkie and Genbrit predicted scores within 10 points of each other that means that Yorkie is out of the running as well. Sorry Yorkie! So it's down to the other 4.

Wasn't there a massive 'incident' around then which had all the drivers going 'off track' causing the race to be written off? Some of 'em have obviously decided it's safer to stay off the road for good and might never reappear.

No problem.:) I totally forgot to thank Rondun in my last post for running this comp in the first place. :shamed:
This is my first year playing the Bubble Gap comp and at first I had no idea what it was about especially when I read through previous bubble gap threads with Rondun's commentry.:laugh: Really enjoyed taking part in this and hopefully we'll have more of the same next year. :thumbup:
