oops - lost 3rd and now a break down in 4th.

Sadly it all went wrong - lost in 5 after 2 great sets to start - but opponent came back too well.

There could easily be some lucky loser spots so all is not lost for the brits out in the last round of qualifiers.

I was there, on court 11, for both of Liam Broady's matches. He seemed to have a 'brain freeze' after winning the first two sets in his third and final qualifying round. While I was on the way to it, I chatted to the security guard at the National Tennis Centre, about when they would be moving the qualifying rounds to Wimbledon. He had no idea, but reckoned it would be a few years.
