Obviously would have better for Andy to come through in straights, but credit for the way he toughed it out. At this point got to expect some self doubt to creep it at times and Copil proved a challenge once he had a look in , positive is that he wss able to raise level when it mattered. With respect I disagree, Harriet - this take is quite a downer! If back in January, when we were all beside ourselves with sadness, someone had me told that fast forward 9/10 months and Andy would be back, healthy and closing out matches the only hiccup I'd have been overjoyed. Still can't believe it - tho in a way I can because Andy's just so determined, if anyone could break new ground to come back, he could. Yahhooooo!

well I agree it's great and remarkable that Andy is back on court playing and steadily improving. i thought he played better against Cuevas where we got the full variety of shots, and his attacking play was to the fore. in the Copil game they were each struggling to impose on the other, and the play was less interesting though more fraught. nice they seemed friendly to one another at the close.
I prefer Andy clean shaven, I love the sludge green shirt colour tho I raise an eyebrow at the lipstick soles - still UA shoes I see. he's smiling a lot, showing off the (new?) gleaming gnashers. i hope baby no 3 holds off till next week and i look forward to seeing him play later.
