Jamie to re-unite with Bruno Soares from 2021 ...
Stuart Fraser@stu_fraser (https://twitter.com/stu_fraser)13m (https://twitter.com/stu_fraser/status/1329416651868168194)
Jamie Murray will reunite with Brazilian Bruno Soares on the doubles tour next season. Murray - who has played with fellow Brit Neal Skupski since June last year - won both of his grand slam men’s doubles titles with Soares in 2016.
... I'll update this post with a summary of who he's partnered (mostly) sometime later.

A bit surprised seeing as Bruno's partnership with Pavic seemed to be going pretty well (not so much that Jamie/Neal are splitting), think likely to mean better results overall mind you.

I'm thrilled to hear this. Always thought they were a good team. Here's hoping for more titles for them. Thanks Sally for information. X

They announced this during the ATP finals this morning. I am surprised because they weren't getting such good results before the split.

Jamie had his best results with Bruno, though certainly laterally they were not doing so well. However may be a bit different after the break.
Soooooo pleased to hear this! Maybe the break has made them both realise just what a good team they were. I do feel a bit sorry for Neal though ..... I wonder if he will go back to playing with Ken.

Great news :bravo: Really glad to hear this news and will be looking forward to seeing them playing together again. They always looked happy together until near the end of their partnership. Perhaps it was just a case of the grass being greener and you don't know what you've got til it's gone
I am really happy :jitterbug:
Hopefully Neal will be happy with his next choice too. Perhaps it will be Ken again.

I'm very happy to hear this too Alis. Always liked Bruno and when I've been watching him recently, I always felt a pang of regret that he and Jamie ever split. Like you Alis, I do feel sorry for Neal, but it was a great chance for him to experience 'life at the top' and that experience should stand him in good stead going forward. All the very best to them all and I hope they have a much less disruptive season ahead.

Thrilled at the new partnership. Was sad when he and Bruno split - not just are they good together on court, they have good chemistry together too
I wasn't surprised, as I always thought that he and Bruno were always a very good partnership: http://www.bbc.co.uk/sport/tennis/55006993 It also mentions about Kyle Edmund.

It seems that it was Mate Pavic who called time on his partnership with Bruno Soares.
(despite reaching the ATP Tour Finals together and being No1 pair in the 2020 Race!)

Wonder at what point Neal was brought into the discussion;I feel sorry for him.
Mate Pavic is to play with finalist Nikola Mektic next year, so we could have the position where the winners split as well as the number 1 partnership.

Did I read that Kubot will play with Koolhof next year? Melzer is retiring so it seems many pairs will be different next year.

I read that Pavic was splitting from Bruno and when Jamie heard that he contacted Bruno.

At some point I'd love Jamie to partner Joe for a season - I think they could be great together.

They played together in the ATP Cup, with some success.

I think Neal was the best available at the time, until another round of musical chairs would see a more established player become available. Having said that, I think Neal has done really well. I'm surprised Jamie and John Peers haven't got together again at some point.

Yep, sadly coming unstuck against the Aussies despite having 4 MPs  I think it would be worth giving it a season to see if they really gel. Both so talented.

I read that Jamie heard Pavic was splitting from Bruno and he immediately got in touch with Bruno who was happy to team up with Jamie again. I hope Neal finds a good partner.

Good start, well done Jamie and Bruno!
It was good to hear Jamie on radio five live, this morning, talking about the Australian Open. He claimed the British players there had been doing a mini version of the battle of the Brits.

Jamie and Bruno are on the Entry List for Washington ATP500 WC 2/8/21.
Sadly, Bruno has pulled out of Tokyo Olympics with appendicitis so
Washington might be ruled out.

Joe Gill (former player and now under 14 coach for Scotland) was telling us at the DC tie that Francisco Cabral, his partner in Metz this week, is likely to be his partner for the time being.

Good to hear from Jamie Murray today that he is teaming up with world No9 Michael Venus next season. Venus is from New Zealand but lives in London so it sounds like a good fit

Jamie partnered up with Adam Pavlasek in the ATP250 in Gstaad (clay).
Unfortunately, they lost in the QF to French pairing Humbert/Martin.
I don't think Venus was playing this week.

Not such a good day for Jamie.
Partnering back with Michael Venus the pair, seeded #3, went out in R1 in the Washington ATP500.
They were beaten by Khachanov/Mpetshi Perricard 6'4, 6'4.
