I’d saved up a fair bit for my Mexico trip and it was burning a hole in my pocket, as they say. It still leaves me with enough to go to the Fed Cup tie on the off chance that spectators are allowed.

Thought about it but thought too many tests required, although now see an antigen test is sufficient to enter Italy if you are double vaccinated. Hope you have a great time. Turin is a lovely City and well worth having a good look at. Have you got a direct flight to Turin?

Sorry that it has taken me so long to answer your question... No, I'm flying from Aberdeen via Amsterdam. The transfer is the only thing I'm still anxious about as it is a bit tight... Well, that and catching COVID in the next 5 days!

Happened to look at the ticket prices yesterday, thay have gone way up since I bought mine! I bought the cheapest tickets for both semis and the final for a grand total of €344, but now they would cost me €563! I'm essentially getting the final for free...

Thank you! I’m actually looking forward to enjoying the singles without having any allegiances and just being able to enjoy the tennis. As for the doubles, I think Joe and Rajeev have lucked out in facing the number 1 seeds in the semis. It would be typical if they lost now after sweeping the group.
