It's all in French but the main bits are:
According to the new border entry COVID régulations, Roberto Ortega Olmedo and Michael Vrbensky could not enter France. They have played outside EU in the last 30 days.
Gulbis, who was already in his Hotel Room in Cherbourg was asked to leave the country asap.
Anthony Thiébot (Cherbourg Director) was devastated...
Grosjean (Montpellier Director) is confident as Australia (where most players are) is not a target country which is blocked to enter France because of its COVID situation.
Caujolle (Marseilles Director) is more worried because of Doha the same week and players switching because of an easier welcome.. Rublev already called and said he resigned Marseilles and switched to Doha because of this regulations. Nishikori could play nevertheless even if worried.
