Held the 2nd week of Roland Garros this is the first grass court event of the season.

Now called the Viking Open ...
... it combines an ATP Challenger with a WTA main event which will feature Venus Williams and Johanna Konta! More to come depending on the outcomes in Week 1 of RollyG.

Sir Andy Murray has opted to enter.

Sadly, the LTA have decided not to hold Challengers at Ilkley, Surbiton or Manchester this year in the lead up to to Wimbledon so there's a bit of a scramble for players to get into whatever is available.

If he's main draw then he probably won't play until Tuesday. Monday matches tend to be last round qualies and a few first round singles. The top names usually play Tues, Thurs, and Fri, Sat.Sun. if they are still competing. No stats to back this up, just what I've noticed reading tour results. You could always get Tuesday tix as well !

Oh nooo, I should have asked on here first! I got them for the Monday as its the first full day of main draw matches so assumed they'd have him straight on :sad: Oh well, I will keep my fingers and toes crossed!
Knowing our luck he will play Tuesday and it will rain all day Monday :lol:

Thankyou! We are only able to go the one day due to work etc. I'm hoping that if we don't get a Murray match, he will at least be on a practice court or something :)

I heard about it, last night. I felt disappointed, as I'd my holiday for next Thursday as I was hoping to see at least one or two of his matches before I went. I just don't want to see him struggle through the lack of matches.
