Dan Evans and Cameron Norrie are both entered into the Singles Draw.
Andy Murray can only participate if he is offered a WildCard, if that happens we'll move this thread up to Andy Rules.

Indian Wells update:
OUT: Ivashka
IN: Galan
Next: Murray (would free up a WC)
That would help Andy greatly as he has dropped to 184 in the live rankings today.

 We know Andy's playing and moving well, but great play during rallies means nothing if the key points aren't taken. Little improvement in clutch play over recent weeks. Really hope Andy can start to change that at IW - the poor guy doesn't train his butt off to be the tour's most talented loser. Good luck Andy :peace:

Surely Andy will take some encouragement from the fact that he has lost to the tournament winner the last two weeks.
Agree he needs to play the key points better

He also won a lot more points in his match against Ruud!

That is grim! So much resilience needed for his return!
Please can he have a kinder draw this time.

the rankings I saw today on the ATP site have him at 121. I can't understand how Federer is still in the top 10 when he hasn't played for a very long time. He never seems to get points deducted!!
Fedex is using a 'protected ranking' isn't he? and andy chose not to but to play his way up the ranks again instead, which should give him a better understanding of his ability with his metal hip
How many courts are they televising at IW? With a 128 draw for both sexes there has to be a fair chance Andy won't be on Stadium 1.

Yup they usually televise all courts for masters tournaments. Though sometimes not all of the first round matches are shown as all the top players have byes.

Seen both matches last night, whilst both upsets was more surprised with Fritz putting out Zverev- the German was 5-3 up in the 3rd. so no top 25 player left and Cameron Norrie the highest ranked.

Women's final is on at 9.00 pm
Cameron vs Basilashvili is on not before midnight.
Hmmph. They usually put the men's final on at midday local time and we can watch it in the UK in the evening. They are putting the women's final on first at a later time and then the men's, so it is a late night job for us in the UK.
