Spent the afternoon at Tottenham stadium for the NFL game between NY Jets and Atlanta Falcons. What a fantastic stadium, ideal for American football.Great game too, went down to almost the last second before the Jets couldn't get the tying touchdown. Look forward to going there again, very easy to get to as well

I support the only team yet to have a London game...

I don’t really have any desire to attend a game where my team isn’t playing, as it’s a long way away from here! Knowing my luck, when the Packers do eventually get forced to play an international game, and they will because it’s part of the new collective bargaining agreement, it will be somewhere else.

I too am a Packers fan and once upon a time harboured a dream to watch a home game at Lambeau Field. That never materialised, my interest in the game has lessened, but still I'd love to see them live. There were plenty of people at Tottenham in GB shirts so I don't think they would have any problems selling the tickets if they appeared in London.

Another thing for those that haven't seen it - this was just amazing.

I'm hoping to do a joint Lambeau/American Family Field trip next year as a belated big birthday present to myself, although it may prove easier and cheaper to take in Packers/Brewers away games.

Wow that sounds like a really exciting trip. Guess it would be August or September so that you know both teams are playing.

Did you stay up Hawkeye?

Yes, sadly. Neither team looked like it will get much further in any case.

I saw first quarter, fell asleep then woke up for the fourth. Niners defence was awesome but can't see either them or the Rams winning in Tampa unfortunately.

The Packers defence was better, no points allowed. Our special teams gave away a 10 point swing.

Tickets will be hard to come by, but I can afford to push the boat out.

Looks like we were both praying to the right gods !

I would have been happy to go to Munich, because it costs as much to get to there as it does to London from here. Let the scramble for tickets commence... Apparently Spurs season ticket holders get dibs.

Good luck. I enjoy it on the telly but not sure I could justify the cost of going to a London game (to myself never mind the Mrs lol)

It's something I can knock off my bucket list before my ultimate bucket list trip to Wisconsin.

Good on you. Lambeau would be amazing.

General sale was today, and was apparently a massive shambles. Fortunately I splashed out for Premium Lounge tickets when they went on sale last month. I've seen people pay more for the worst seats thanks to the touts snapping up all the tickets than I paid for my hospo package with sideline seats behind the Packers bench.

I was one who suffered on Tuesday. I signed in to the queue at 930am as instructed, to be told I was 177000 in the queue ! I eventually reached the front at 230pm by which time all tickets had long gone. Annoyed doesn't do justice to how i felt, I'm not a regular follower of the game any more but I really wanted to see the team that started my interest in the 80's, The Packers. Even more annoyed because last week I'd been one of the people who suffered at the hands of TM's dynamic pricing system, having to pay £250 for Springsteen tickets (face value£160). Before anyone replies, I know I didn't HAVE to buy, but imagine being in the queue for tickets for your favourite event/artiste, finally getting the chance to buy, and being told that due to massive demand the tickets you want have gone up, take it or leave it, but decide NOW. Whats even more annoying is that Bruce justifies it by saying this is what other people do, and it stops ticket revenue going to the touts. NO IT DOESN'T

Another angry Packers fan posted this on The UK Packers Facebook page yesterday. I already knew it was a carve-up, but it explains that artists aren't perhaps as innocent as they claim to be. I'll pop a foul language warning in here just to keep me right...

Other fans said that they had logged in a whole hour early and were still 30000-odd in the queue.

for sure - if you make a deal with the devil don't be surprised that he's got horns.. Artists, sports teams etc know EXACTLY what is going to happen if they sign with TM

Are you in London for the weekend or did you make it to Tannadice before travelling?

Happy days for today anyway. Not sure about tomorrow, I love watching Rodgers but Giants were my first team back in the early C4 days.

Proverbial game of two halves. Pack lacking in the WR department and Rodgers not as threatening out of the pocket as he always has been. Wouldn't be surprised if this was his last season - doesn't look to have much appetite for a fight when things aren't going well any more.

At least at the game, you didn't have to listen to the ITV commentators. I know Sky isn't cheap but at least they do sport presentation properly.

Generally we aren't good in this country at commentating on NHL, NFL, MLB . British commentators are multi purpose and don't really get the nuances of the game like their North American counterparts. To be fair though, the Americans aren't much good at commentating on Football (Soccer) either

Wouldn't be surprised if this was his last season - doesn't look to have much appetite for a fight when things aren't going well any more. The problem is that Rodgers thinks he needs to pass his way out of trouble all the time, and his attempts get increasingly desperate. We had 2 downs to run two yards at the end there, should have gone for a run on at least one of them. In any case, our defence never made a play second half.
