At least Andy fought back but disappointing in the latter stages. Paul has had some good wins this year mind you. Obviously a few great results for Andy lately but still not enough consistency. Still should be able to build on it for next season.

Aaaaannnd I'm back down to earth with a bang :sad: Andy not playing anywhere near yesterday's level - maybe an emotional hangover, who knows but TP was bolder, braver and just better so deserved the win. Shame Andy's last match of the year couldn't be a better one, but so much to be positive about going into the break and new season. I hope the new coaching arrangement works out - my only reservation is hiring from the Spanish school of thought - will he encourage the attacking play that Lendl did. Hope so. All the best Andy!
