Erm, Andy leads their H2H by 6-0 (https://www.atptour.com/en/players/atp-head-2-head/andy-murray-vs-david-goffin/MC10/GB88). including THAT DC match and plus a W/O.

Goffin is coming back from knee injury himself and didn't play much in 2021.

His last event was R1 at the USO which he lost in 3 sets to MacKenzie McDonald.

Otherwise his results make sad reading:-
Cincy out in R1 to Pella.
Halle out in R1 to Moutet
Roland Garros out in R1 to Musetti
Lyon out in R1 to Bedene .... etc etc
His best result was makng the QF in Monte Carlo where he lost to Dan Evans.

So, maybe they'll need stretchers on standby for these 2 tomorrow afternoon in Sydney!

He's *0-40 on serve, wonder if he'll continue if the knee is still a problem?

Such a shame for David Goffin who, like Andy, has always been a fighter but that knee injury could scupper his chances early this season.
