That was a hard watch, especially the TB. I normally enjoy watching Mikael Ymer, but not loving it tonight! What I do like about Ymer is the lack of extravagant fist pumps to his box after every shot. Now, we need a few loud come ons from Andy, but am a bit concerned about how he's feeling.

A bit lost for a reason why it's gone downhill again. Yet barely seems to have done anything in this set yet he's 4-0 up

Always suspected Ymer would be a challenge for Andy, but I still thought Andy would manage to win. Not to be. I'm actually relieved this match is over, it was uncomfortable viewing. I don't like watching Andy struggle physically. It must have been the conditions surely? Rest up Andy, and get ready to go again next week!

It was a tough draw for Andy (as per usual) from the start and it's a pity he didn't take the 1st set as he deserved to; 2nd set went well and I truly don't know what happened in the 3rd and don't know what he'll do now as regards match play - wait for Cincinnati or try Montreal?? Not the result any of us wanted for him, bless him. x

A disappointing result.
Andy not being as aggressive as he could have been and maybe not so used to the heat as he used to be.

Is Andy running out of time to get enough points to be seeded for the US open?

Managed to watch to the end and hoped after he won the 2nd set that he would come through.

Not an enjoyable match in the 3rd. Really hoping for better soon, for Andy himself as well as for us. He really looked too warm and I think I read today about cramp being mentioned.
