Manchester will host the Davis Cup event in September.
Per the LTA on Twitter:

The @AOArena (https://twitter.com/AOArena) will host the group stages of the @DavisCup (https://twitter.com/DavisCup) Finals

So, an AMFF Block booking will be on the cards!

Close enough for me to go home on the non gb days. Which is a shame as I enjoyed going to Glasgow for the break. The arena is central and local transport is good so you don't have to stay in the city centre.

Hi Sally, I’ve already posted but just to confirm, GillyD and I would like tickets for all GB matches.
angiebabez would like 1 ticket for either Fri or Sat, whichever day GB are playing.
Also millypops who hasn’t been with AMFF for a long time would like 1 ticket for all of GB’s matches if possible. If not possible, just let me know. She hasn’t been on here for a while and can’t remember her password.

All the official sources have the days of play as Tuesday to Sunday. I have now booked travel and hotel because I was told that the source was reliable that GB are Wednesday, Friday Sunday as last year - so I hope this is correct!

The LTA pre sale is open and category 1 tickets are over £100 (can’t remember exact price). Given we will likely be with the other groups behind the team (as previous few ties) ours are likely to be category 1 I would think. Not sure if groups get a bit of a discount or not. This is similar price to last year.

Do we know what time the matches are likely to start? I am just wondering if I can manage to come up on Friday morning

I think it says 13.00 start, but not sure if that is confirmed.

That said, we have 10+ per day, all in Category 1, so rest assured the prices you were quoted will stand.
I'll let the LTA know and confirm more details when I've heard back from them.

Never been to the Davis Cup so not sure what to expect. How many matches are played each day please?
