Thanks. In an interview earlier in the week he still seemed unsure about whether to carry on with clay or take a break until the grass season.

Had one bp but could not prevent a bagel, disappointing display though Stan has some impressive shotmaking.

Andy loses the match at 6-0 in the 2nd; I was willing him to win a game as he wouldn't have wanted the bagel. Not a good match from Andy, hopefully no problem. x

Disappointing but mostly in Andy’s energy. Perhaps that was just because he remembered how much of a brick wall Stan can be.

I think the French Open is Pointless....

May seem pointless to us but Andy has said he wanted to play as it might be his last Roland Garros. Not up to us to decide is it? Agree, if he bombs out early, it might further dent his confidence but then he did win a stacked challenger 2 weeks ago :shrug:
