2-5 and the writing is on the wall. A tough match against a young guy; he looks exhausted and has tried hard to get some ranking points. Such a long match and nothing to show for it. So sad for him as always. x

Frustrating, Andy seemed to be struggling somewhat physically but needed more free points. The missed chances in the 2nd proved decisive as Etcheverry was in the ascendancy thereafter.

yes whilst Etcheverry lost the first 6-1 took Rune to a 3rd set Breaker in the end, not sure it would give Andy comfort mind you.
