It'll be played at the ExCel in London. The players will be: Andrey Rublev, Holger Rune, Casper Ruud, Gael Monfils, Alexander Bublik and Jack Draper. I hope the BBC will be showing this on their website or Red Button. It'll start next Friday at 4pm (16.00pm) and the evening session starts at 8pm (20.00pm).

Typical!! I had hoped the BBC would show it, as I would liked to have watched it. I noticed Diego Schwartzman and Benoit Paire have been added. Jack Draper will play in the evening session on Friday.

I put my TV on to watch something from the internet and found the LG Channel were showing it. So, I was able to watch Jack Draper win his first match.

I do not have a subscription to watch the matches but I see from the scores that Draper is undefeated so far and plays Ruud in the semi final later today. The other semi is Rublev v Rune. Draper beat Rune on Friday, Monfils and Bublik on Saturday. (I can't type Draper's first name because for the first letter of his name the key does not work on this laptop - too many spillages of coffee/wine?)

WHAT ABOUT THE PRIZE MONEY?
There is a $111,000 purse per match for each match and total prize money of $1,665,000.

For each match, the winner gets 70% of the money defeated players get 30%.

In the final on Sunday, there is a winner takes all $111,000 up for grabs.

There is also a bonus scheme in place, with Monfils playing for big money in London this week.

As Monfils has played in 4 UTS events this year, he will get an extra $500,000 if he wins all five matches in London this week, so his total winnings could be $922,000

Rublev is playing in his second UTS event of 2023, so he will get $250,000 if he wins all his matches.

As Draper and Rune are playing in their first UTS events of the year, they will get a $125,000 bonus for winning all five matches.

Really enjoyed UTS on Friday afternoon when I went with Jackie. Just a shame we didn't see Jack. So hope he stays injury free, he has such a good game.
