As the other one didn't work for me, I decided to start another one. I heard, earlier this morning, she'd reached the final in Canberra.

Good win for Harriet today, should have won it in straights though. She's into the quarters in Cluj, and the win should return her to the top 100.

Harriet took the first set 6'3 over Parrizas-Diaz (ESP).
And she has broken the Spaniard in the first game of the 2nd set.

Harriet's semi is at 1pm tomorrow. Her opponent is yet to be decided.

After a suitable rest, she also has a doubles semi to play, and she is up against another Brit, Olivia Nicholls.

Harriet's great run comes to an end with a 6-3 6-3 defeat to Karolina Pliskova. First set in particular was closer than the scoreline suggests.

Better luck in the doubles, so we have both Heather Watson and Harriet Dart are in doubles finals tomorrow.

Although they both fought well neither Heather nor Harriet were successful.
