Fantastic play by Andy! My dogs are somewhat shocked by my shouting - they've not heard it for a while. More of the same Andy please. x

Tough set so far for Andy. Some of his serve seem be hurting him little.
Pops takes the 2nd set. Andy played so well in the 1st. Can he do enough in the 3rd to get the win? I want him to get this win so much. But perhaps he is hurting. Come on Andy. x

Andy broke to take a 2-0 lead in the 3rd set and has just held for 4-1, with a fine ACE!

Good win if a bit inconsistent but stepped up when it counted, well done Andy in his 1000th match!

Good win in the end. When Andy does retire I wonder if he will share how his body was during matches like these. He seemed to wince a couple of times and an increase in DFs always seem related to this. Anyway, be that as may, at least one more adventure at Queens awaits. Thank you!
So happy Andy won, especially as it was his 1,000 match.

Yes I thought he was uncomfortable.
So did the commies …
Fantastic. The Queen of Doom, Annabel Croft kept on and on about how she thought he was injured. The other commie pointed out that he often looks like that.
