If anyone has, or knows anyone that has, a ticket available for the Open Golf at Portrush next year then please get in touch by direct message, or email on mnhenstock/at/hotmail/dot/co/dot/uk when i tried to save the msg with the standard email address format it wouldn't work so i've spelled it out.
I'm looking one for each of the first two days, Thursday 17th and Friday 18th July. I tried in the ballot but was unsuccessful. Thanks

Rory McIlroy wins the Masters after a one hole play off against Justin Rose.
:trophy:
Well deserved win - he led (almost) from the beginning on the 4th day.
Rose came good in the last few holes and then Rory fluffed his putt on the 18th that would have given him the win.
In the end the Irishman played the better at the play off hole.
He's now a Grand Slam Champion - only the 6th player to achieve that.

Just returned from two days at The Open in Portrush. My that is one pretty part of the world. Sat in one of the grandstands looking out over the course, then the beach, then the far coastline and finally to the towns of Portrush and Portstewart. Well worth a visit. if only it didn't rain so much !
