Bad news for Colin Fleming ...... per Neil Harman on Twitter
Hearing @colin_fleming (https://twitter.com/#%21/colin_fleming) has seen docs here who have diagnosed a stress fracture.
Terrible luck for Flemchins and hopefully he's back soon
nooooooooooooooooooo poor Colin

Our top ranked British doubles playing pair ought to have their own thread methinks.

Good plan. Let's hope Colin's not out for too long.
Such a shame for them, hope they're not out too long.

Shame! Not that it would have been televised of course
Pleased Flemchins got their own thread! I thought Colin was out but they seem to be on tomorrow's OOP. Perhaps it's not as bad as was thought?
Oh, how disappointing for him and Ross. Hope Colin recovers asap.

Sad news, though of course possible it's not as bad as feared. Colin though will surely be well advised on the best course of action.

Colin tweeted that he hoped to get back in 6 nweeks, but it depends how quickly the break mends.

Pretty gutted tbh :crying: Really tough for Colin and a setback for their WTF hopes. As Ross tweeted, they've yet to play a clay match together so I suppose in that respect, could've been at a worst time of the season. Really hoping Flembo fit and ready for the grass.

Me too Chris! :crying: Am a big fan of these boys and REALLY want to see them qualify for the O2. Hope Colin makes a speedy recovery. I'm sure they are even more gutted.

Yes it really is a blow, such a shame for Colin. Hopefully he will back in 6 weeks, but unfortunately ground to make up now.

Good luck Ross and Colin!! Anyone know when they play??

They don't play today as their prospective opponents only play so, weather permitting it will be tomorrow.

Good luck Ross and Colin!! Anyone know when they play??
The OOP will be put in the main Queens thread each day here (http://www.andymurrayfanforum.com/forums/showthread.php?991-QUEENS-2012-11-17-June-%28ATP250%29.-GRASS.-Main-thread-Entry-List&p=71391#post71391). Since the doubles is spread over all the courts to begin with it isn't practical (with the new ATP format) to put it in 2 places.
Vamos Colin & Ross! :swingin:
Flemchins won the first set 6-2 and are 2-0 up in the second :) (vs Darcis and Rochus)

Mike and Bob most likely tomorrow. Last on Centre
Great win today! Onwards and upwards!

They're last on Centre today.
There is something strange about this thread. How many pages is it and how many posts are there? It won't disappear from 'New Posts' no matter how many times I view it. And the last post is supposed to be from Supergran today, but the last one I can see is my own post from yesterday.
ETA - ah, posting again cleared it. I can see Supergran's post now. How strange. There was no page 4 showing when I viewed it before.
yes it was odd for me earlier too
apparently Flemchins' match against the Bryans has been moved to court 9 and is about to start
Vamos Flemchins! :swingin:

I was a Queens yesterday and we watched the doubles on Court 9 rather than watch Queery v Dodig Colin and Ross were unlucky not to win quite a close match although Colin was a bit rusty only to be expected

They won their first match 6-3, 6-4 today at Eastbourne. On last vs Elrich and Ram tomorrow
Flemchins won the first set on a tb, it's 1-1 in the second
Flemchins beat Erlich and Ram 7-6 7-6
into the semi to play Ebden and Young.
Del-Ski are in the other semi, so we could (!) have an all-Brit final....
Well done Flemchins and Delski - great news!

Fleming/Hutchins v Delgado/Skupski in the Final.
Wow, when was the last time that happened at an ATP event?
Much as love watching Flemchins I really hope Delski win this because Jamie Delgado has been a stalwart of the tour (way back since he was a contempory of Henman) without yet winning a title and it'd be awesome if he won one on British soil.
well done Flemchins :trophy:
shame that Delski had to play Brits in the final - but a great week from them! Hope they can take the partnership forwards.
Well done to both pairs. What a pity there isn't more TV coverage of the doubles.

Too right. great for Flemchins. Only their second tournament back and they come out winners. Their race to London is back on.
However probably a good job it wasn't televised - I wouldn't have got anything done!
busy day for Flemchins, well played semi to win in tb10, and then the final.
yes, tough for Delski, but a good showing
Nice interview with Flemchins on the lta website:

How nice - hope you had a good day SG!
Just realise that Flemchins are playing - but it's not great - they lost the first set to Cabal and Soares, and it's 2-2 in the second
Sallydaisy

Eeeeep! The lads have been broken with Cabal/Soares serving for the match.
Flemchins just had a breakback point at *30-40 but it's death deuce now ... and mp.
EDIT - all over for our Brits 4'6, 4'6.

Colin and Ross seem to have lost their edge at the moment. Need to win some matches.

They kicked off the year well and won a title in Delray Beach in February. But it didn't help that Colin, and then Ross, picked up injuries so they didn't play together for 2 months. They did well to win the title at Eastbourne having had minimal time to practice on grass and started OK in America reaching the Final in Newport on grass and then the Semi in Atlanta. Just not doing so well at the Masters.
I'm not sure if there's a separate thread for this - but Flemchins have just beaten the second seeds Lindstedt and Tecau 6-7(3) 6-2 [10-5] to go into the semi-final in Bejing.:clap:

Ooooh :yahoo: way to go Flemchins!!!
The bad news is that this presumably means they won't get to Shanghai by tomorrow's OS entry deadline? There's no SE provision in doubles! :grrr:

Disappointing they didn't make much of an impression in the semi but still a good week.
