I'll try to remember that, Angela! I'm useless with names - it's difficult enough remembering one name per person, let alone two! :shamed:

Have a stye on my eye - first time ever!
:grrr:
Doing the whole hot compress thing, once an hour at the mo', alternated with a chilled saline wipe round several times a day. It's my dodgy eye so isn't effecting vision but it's a bit like having a cold. Not a happy bunny.
Ow, sounds nasty Sally! I've never had one myself, but I know people who have, and they can be quite painful!
I read somewhere that tea bags can be quite soothing for styes, so you could maybe try that? I assume you dampen one in warm water and rest it on the affected eye for a bit?
Poor you, Sally - I know that styes can be quite painful :grouphug: Hope it's soon better.
:grouphug: Sally, I used to get them when I was much younger.
Ooh nasty stuff, styes. Hope it gets better asap, Sally. :flowers:
yes I used to get them quite a lot when a child but not since, thankfully. Hope it gets better soon Sally.
Ouch Sally
Aww, thanks peeps for all your concern.
Glad to say it had gone down a lot by last night and is no longer sore!
That's good news, Sally!
