Good to hear that it's getting better, Sally!
Sorry to hear abut it Sally, but glad you're a bit better now!
Aye, glad your eye is a bit better Sally.
Yesterday I went to a private physiotherapist who was recommended to me by someone at my new Pilates class. She was very good - I was there for nearly an hour and had a lot of massage and other electronic treatments as well. I do feel quite a bit better already and am going again next Friday. :)
That's good news Linda :)
Hope it works for you, Linda. What electronic treatments? I had some for my tennis elbow.
One is vibrating pads, the other is ultrasound.
Ok, I had the ultrasound. Very relaxing. Did you try the acupuncture too? I thought it was pure rubbish until I had it done on my forearm and the pain went straight away and hasn't been back since.
No, I've not had acapuncture.
Ive had ultrasound and acupuncture on my back and knee as have a dance injury on left knee.
i have a phobia of needles but the acupuncture really works.
My teeth problems are coming to an end, have had 1 wisdom tooth out and this week having 2 others out, no more toothache for me!
