Thank you every one for the birthday wishes. Whilst it didn't go as planned and got off to a slow start we did have a good day. Kev and sam picked up a cake they had made (red velvet) and croissants for breakfast. My sister and some of my nephews and nieces came round, I got cards and flowers and chocolates. Sam had a card his sister had helped him make and he copied hers to write it.

We went to chester for a few hours and walked along the city walls and down by the river. Then had lunch at the boat house. We had a babysitter for the evening so went out to dinner at the new Gino d'campo restaurant in Liverpool. The place was really nice, lovely decor and great food. They had a prosecco menu as well as a great wine a cocktail list so I had a few glasses too. It was a great night.
