Semi-final in a Grand Slam??? This bodes well for Kyle’s future. Who’d have thought he’d go this far? Although he’s down two sets he’s still showing fight and brilliance when he can. Cilic just a bit too strong and more experienced. Great learning curve for our Kyle though and he should be so proud of the huge progress he’s made. The tennis world will be watching this young man!! Just a match too far for Kyle and of course it's new territory, however he can live with many of the top players now and there should be far more to come. Whilst may not always find the same level if he applies himself consistency will follow.Whilst not a great fan of Clilc don't hold the view that some do here.
A good match for Kyle and I'm now looking forward to what he can do during the rest of this year. It should be only time before he over takes Andy and becomes the British number one.
