I'm not distracting from Kyle for one moment what a performance, but I do wonder if the way the sun and shadows were on the court hindered Goffin with his on going issues from the eye injury

The sun was definitely an issue for both of them at the start. However in the intro the commies said that David had stated that he is 100% fit now. He did seem unusually inaccurate however.
