As my oncologist now knows the CT scan result, I had to have another blood test yesterday. I received the letter, last Saturday, and the receptionist told me on Monday that it was very short notice for them. But, I managed to get an appointment.

During Monday night. my niece got very unwell with stomach pains. So, my sister took her to the hospital. They eventually got seen six hours later. My sister decided not to hang around for the urine test result. They went to see the doctor, yesterday, and got told it was an infection. My niece has to now take antibiotics.

If the fourth and fifth (booster) vaccines go ahead, I know I'll be having at least one or even both of them.

My dad and I will be having our second boosters tomorrow at our local Tesco car park.

I've had a rash on my right arm since Sunday. Luckily, I saw my oncologist today and she gave me some cream for it. She also examined me and believed my cancer is still going. When she looked at her computer, she found I'd already had had my CT scan a few weeks ago. She wasn't pleased that they hadn't sent the result to her, but she believed that it would show there would be no problem.

My oncologist phoned me, this morning, and told me that she'd finally received the CT scan result. She told me, the cancer was stable. She's going book another scan for me.

I received a letter from the hospital, last Saturday, saying I'd got an appointment for the 16th (next Thursday) for a CT scan at the Nightingale Hospital.

I had another scan, earlier. My oncologist might not get the result to either late August or sometime in September.

That’s a long time to wait - hope it’s all good news.

I know, but they are weird. Everyone has to sit down, afterwards, for 10 to 15 minutes.

I've had to change my Zoladex appointment for the 4th of next month and got it moved to the 30th of this month because my sister, brother-in-law and niece will be going away on the 4th of next month and I've got to look after their dog.
