Unfortunately Cameron has just one down to Navone 6-4,6-2 but he was struggling with the conditions and was given medication.

Cam was ahead but his opponent took a medical timeout in the 4th set and went on to take it on a tie-break. And is now 5-1 in the 5th set. So much for a shoulder injury.

certainly very disappointing how that turned for Cameron.

yes Rafa beat 21 year old wild card Leo Borg (son of the tennis great) 6-3,6-4.

Cam has withdrawn from the US Open citing injury.

Cam is into the final in Metz after a come from behind win over Sonego.
Great Cameron is in the final,all matches have gone the distance though and could well be another tough one with Tien. The 19 year old has won both previous encounters with Norrie this year ,cameron winning the first one in 2024.
1 all so far in the Final but Tien is 3-1 up in the 3rd set and has his own serve to come.
Back on serve at 4-4, Tien serving.
Tien held, Norrie to serve to stay in the match.

Exciting end to the match but Tien won. At least Cameron is now 27th in the rankings.
Tight match but a pity for Cameron as Tien takes it 6-3,3-6,7-6. , came back from 4-1 down in the 3rd but loses TB 8-6 after being 5-1 up and think he let it slip. Leander though obviously tough.
